What if my cat is nervous?
nervous cat will settle in no time at all.
We use FELIWAY in all suites for when guests arrive. These mimic a pheromone which helps cats naturally cope with stressful situations and help provide a contented environment for your cat and restoring feelings of safety and well-being.
Every suite has a high up area and hiding places so your cat has the freedom to venture out whenever they want, this adds to their environmental enrichment.
Does my cat require vaccinations?
Our guest’s health is paramount. All guests must have current vaccination certificates for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. A certificate will be requested well before arrival. We regret we cannot accept guests without these vaccinations.
Does my cat require flea and worm treatments?
It is essential to ensure your cat is flea and worm free, therefore all cats must be treated with vet approved products. If over the counter products are used they should be approved by your vet as some products are not providing sufficient protection due to fleas becoming resistant. It is a requirement that dates of both flea and worm treatments are given prior to boarding.
Will my cat be in contact with other cats?
Do you have a prescribed drop off and pick up time?
Can I bring my own cat’s toys and bedding?
Do you provide me with updates whilst they are on holiday with you?
What happens if my cat is taken ill?
Our local vet is on hand 24 hours a day and
is available to attend our hotel in case of any emergency. Our vet can consult your own vet if any additional information is required. You are responsible for the cost of any treatments
